Dish TV General Discussions Thread

Hi. I didn’t get lot of Tamil channels in my Dish tv zenega box from today onwards ,except sun channels and kalaignar channels. Is anyone face same problems?

Most of info channels missing like Discovery,Animal planet National geography etc

In my one Next box there is no problem but other Next box from channel 806 it directly jumps to 830 and then 914 skipping all channels in between

Talked to customer care,they are sending technician today tp23 is not receiving proper signal

In fact this happened with me too yesterday I was unable to find zee news and ss select hd 1 but after channel search it worked fine.Also you will never get signal on TP 23

DishTV customer care acted fast and replaced/swapped my box in morning free of cost as it was under warranty, excellent service by DishTV team

Its the merger effect,as Videocon and dish tv is having the highest number of service teams now..

They will come fast and response will be excellent...

Dish TV Removed Disney Channel from Super Family Pack. Now its available from All Sports Pack Onwards.
