Tata Sky offering Hindi Movie add-on packs free for 5 days to select customers

Effective 3rd January, Tata Sky representatives will call eligible subscribers informing them about this offer.

Direct to Home (DTH) operator Tata Sky has announced a new offer for its existing subscribers in which the DPO is providing Hindi Movies Mini and Hindi Movies Mini HD packs free for the first 5 days to select customers.

Effective 3rd January, Tata Sky representatives will call eligible subscribers informing them about this offer. If the customer accepts it then either of these packs will be activated on his/her account at no extra charge.

Upon activation, customers can enjoy 12 Hindi movie channels for the next 5 days. After 5 days the applicable price for these packs will be charged. The packs can be dropped through the self-care portal or Tata Sky dealer if the subscriber doesn’t like them.

DreamDTH spoke to Tata Sky regarding the offer. Tata Sky Representative Srikanth Jaligama speaking to DreamDTH said,

“These packs will be offered on a first 5-day free basis to the target subscribers. The offer will be provided only by our OB Desk to select customers, who will be contacted by a Tata Sky representative, and can avail the offer. The two special versions of existing Tata Sky add-on packs Hindi Movies Mini and Hindi Movies Mini HD will go live on the platform, effective 3rd Jan 2020.

Hindi Movies Mini pack priced at Rs 53.81 per month gives access to 12 SD channels which includes Zee Cinema, Sony MAX, Star Gold, Colors Cineplex, Zee Action, Zee Anmol Cinema, Movies OK, Star Utsav Movies, Sony MAX 2, Sony WAH, Zee Classic, and UTV Action.

Hindi Movies Mini HD pack costs Rs 69.15 per month and provides 8 SD and 4 HD channels including Zee Cinema HD, Sony MAX HD, Star Gold HD, Colors Cineplex HD, Zee Action, Zee Anmol Cinema, Movies OK, Star Utsav Movies, Sony MAX 2, Sony WAH, Zee Classic, and UTV Action.

After the new tariff order customers can easily subscribe to only those channels which they love through a la carte subscription. Tata Sky is pushing its own curated packs over a la carte and broadcaster packs by offering them at special discounted rates.
