All ARPs are stopped, be it normal ARPs or Super Star packs or UDPs none of the long term recharges are available.
ARPs are stopped for both new & existing connections(not to be confused with existing customers having ARP).

Coz monthly package will be cheap and alacarte channels more cheap then no place for yearly packs I guess but all in paper .. let's see in reality

Self-care only bro.
First I tried for activating super star 899 pack. They told it is not available for Chennai. They told Superstar HD pack is available and can be activated. But I didn't liked it. Hence I chose Super saver pack from self-care.
