Channels removal / additions in Independent TV.

Looks like Independent TV is in the mode of channel removals. Starting a thread to keep track of the channels getting removed from the platform in one thread.

Just to clarify additions or removal of channels should be posted as new thread and not in single thread as asked by you here. So this thread can be kept as a thread to list out what has been added or removed.
