For Free channels of DD Free Dish why don't you buy a free to air set top box instead of Dish TV HD?

I don't know that. You should better ask someone in your area for fixing Dish at DD Free Dish

The reason i raised the question is, one of the technician advertised that with new setup box we will get all channels including DD.
