Seeking Help I Can't delete Channels

Hi,

I'm using an A la carte packages and channels are as follows,
Star Sport Select HD - 55
Star Movies HD - 21.2
Sony Six HD - 55
Zee Cafe HD - 21.2
Star Gold HD -21.2
NGC HD - 21.2

So My subscription total amount is 194.8
I think A la carte minimum value is 150/-
After removing 2 channels (NGC HD & Star Gold HD) my account subscription stay with 152.4
I mailed to them to unsubscribe above 2 channel but they replied its Doesn't meet their minimum criterion
How is that happened? Please help me

If you subscribe base back + ala carte (Mera Wala pack), you can remove channels ofter one month.

One doubt, why ur paying rs.195 for only for 6 hd channels..

why you are not going for Full HD for rs. 225/-

I don't know about Sri Lanka Package but In India Full HD pack available for Rs. 225/- in which more then 50 HD channels available

I don't know about Sri Lanka Package .......

In Sri Lanka the exact same packages are available as here. Though most of the consumers go for Tamil Packages .....
