Let the controversy die down. Sun TV will air Vijay films. Kalaignar has only Kuruvi and Villu both bad films

How Vijay team can go court? I mean on what basis?

He has no rights at all...it's all with Production house...since all the rights are with Sun TV no one can raise question....it's upto Sun TV to decide which one need to telecast...

Nevertheless, Sun pictures is producer for the below movies

Vettaikaran
Sura
Sarkar
Beast

that's Karthik Dp expecting terrible things, I know that Sun library maximum movies through producers and Sun Network 90 % movies are worldwide Perpetual Rights, they won't resell and Never expire anytime soon.

Kalaignar also has stopped airing Vijay films

Politics can do anything, Kalaignar 4 years honeymoon period can end. But these things won't impact Sun, As Kalanithi Maran maintained good bonding with Tv/Movie industry and major broadcasters.

Maybe or not, If it's happens good move, movie will get good reach on Sun.

This week had social media posts too on Sun TV acquired Kanchana 4/Muni 5 satellite and digital rights in South record amount like Big actors movies rights value.

First of all if Sun is buying rights they'll have to lift unofficial ban on Vijay films. I guess they'll lift it with Ghilli telecast

I personally want Karuppu with Vijay TV. I'm not a huge fan of Zee Tamizh

I also wanted .But seeing the current market of Suriya , I am happy that finally tv rights of his movie is sold unlike Kanguva and Retro.
There were very high speculations that Retro and GBU were bagged by Vijay but it is unsold till now.
Now I think very high chance that Jana Nayagan will be Star.
As Zee have Madhraasi and Dude for Pongal and Vaa Vathiyar for Tamil New year. Now they bagged Karuppu for most probably next year Diwali premiere.
So I think LIK and Jana Nayagan will be Star.

I think Zee will get many films since they are promising 52 Weeks 52 Premieres on Zee Thirai. (Mostly channel Premieres and some Notable Premieres)
Sun TV is not shopping. Kanguva i think will premiere on Zee with Vaa Vathiyar
