sorry to say but harry bro clearly told that within a month or so.
so this is april month + within a month or so means 1 month more

so maximum by may end as per the words of nodal team whom which harry bro conformed this news

The article states, this year... so the count to 50 will take time, but by december, we shud have 50 hd chnls :k
