Sorry anna, but ur source seems to have conveyed half or incorrect information . Yes, carriage fee channels will be added and some may be added even before LCN realignment but many other FTA as well as Pay Channels will get added shortly as completion of formalities / contractual obligations for New RIO of different broadcasters happens followed by LCN Realignment as per slab agreement (channel placement order) agreed upon with different broadcasters. 2 bew transponders have already been activated, few more may be activated if needed. Not only channel addition but many other changes / new things will be implemented. Also these FTA channels likely to include many international channels too
