Effective 29th March 2022 d2h launching special DRC Combo “Value Combo Lite” for selected subscribers.

· Customers whose status is Deactive as on 28th February 2022

• · · This pack is available in all states except South States that is Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh.

(1) This pack will be available for d2h Subscriber and SES8 Subscribers at same price point @ Rs.99/ month including GST.

(2) The pack available for d2h subscriber is ‘Value Combo Lite’ and the pack available for SES8 Subscriber is ‘Value Combo Lite (DS)’

(3) This pack will also be available at Unique Price Point (UPP) of Rs.99 for 1 month, Rs.399 UPP for 6 month and Rs.599 UPP for 12 months in all states except South States that is Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh.

(4) Eligible customer will get SMS regarding the package and can call customer care as well for the activation of monthly package (Monthly Package @ Rs 99/month will also be available in package Tool for activation for eligible customers).

(5) Upgrade / downgrade is not allowed in case customer subscribed for 6 Months &12 Months Package (UPP399 & UPP599)

(6) This package is not available for Multi Room Subscribers.

Update :
Effective 06th April 2022, the eligible customer can give advance request for the activation of Value Combo Pack Annual Pack (UPP 599) through Missed Call.

· Missed call number is 18003152590.

· The missed call number is applicable for both D2H and SES8 Customer.

· For eligible customer, missed call number will be promoted through SMS and ONTV.

· LCN 2590 will be the landling channel for the eligible customers (Customer’s STB will be switched ON to Channel Number 2590 as a landing Channel)

· After giving missed call, advance request will be generated and customer has to recharge within 30 days with UPP amount of 599 for the execution of request.

· After giving missed call, if the eligible customer will recharge with amount greater than Rs.599 then Value combo Lite annual pack will be activated and extra amount will remain as outstanding amount in customer’s d2h account which can be used for the activation of addition channels if required.

· Post giving missed Call, if the eligible customer will recharge with amount less than Rs.599 then existing pack will be renewed as per DBR (Daily Burn rate). Still, if customer again recharge with UPP 599 within 30 days of giving missed call number then Value combo Lite annual pack will be activated.
