d2h launches special DRC combo ‘Value Combo Lite’ for selected customers
d2h targeting to win back its de-active customer base with special winback offers. DTH operator expecting to win back customers lost to DD Free Dish with Big 4 GECs set to exit DD Free Dish cometh Friday.
Direct-to-Home (DTH) operator d2h on Tuesday launched a special DRC combo ‘Value Combo Lite’ for selected subscribers. The combo pack is targeted at d2h customers whose status is de-active as of 28th February 2022. The pack will be available for d2h subscribers in all states except South states i.e Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh.
The combo pack will be available for both d2h subscribers and SES8 subscribers at the same price point of Rs 99 per month including GST. The pack available for d2h subscribers is named ‘Value Combo Lite’ whereas the pack available for SES8 subscribers is named ‘Value Combo Lite (DS).

The combo pack is available at the Unique Price Point (UPP) of Rs 99 for 1 month, Rs 399 UPP for 6 months, and Rs 599 UPP for 12 months. Eligible d2h customers will be getting an SMS regarding the package and call customer care as well for the activation of the monthly package. The monthly package at Rs 99 per month will also be available in the package tool for activation for eligible customers.
The combo package will not be available for Multi-Room subscribers. In case, the customer opts for 6 month or 12 months package at UPP 399 or UPP 599 then he or she will not be able to upgrade or downgrade their package.
