Yesterday around 2 Pm i made a compliant to CC( Savita (CSC) who booked my connection) she replied does anybody contact you i told whole story of SD box she promised that today installation will be done. After half an hour i got a call asking name after confirming he asked me how amount you have paid and which product you have booked i got irritated i just refused to tell him any information i said you better asked your co. he told me he only got work order no. but again i refused to answer. again after 45 Min i got a call from same person and tell me we don't have 90 CM dish for DVR. we have to call for so we will install it tomorrow. i said ok fine.

this is a big problem in d2h, when i booked 500GB HD DVR, they brought 160GB DVR. wall:angry:angry

Friends ultimately yesterday they install it.
I am sharing here first impression

1. Total time taken Approx 3 hour (4.45PM - 8.05 PM) it can be avoided if he has regular experience of installing 90 CM dish. as per their statement in our city d2h dvr total installed quantity is 4 including me.

2.One thing i want to ask they installed dish but when i move it through hand it sacking i mean it is not stable as normal small dish. i am worried because whether it transmission during wind.

3.Actually i switchover from tatasky 160GB DVR to 1000GB d2h. so in every count i am comparing with tatasky.

4. Remote build quality is not as good tatasky. d2h remote is lightweight and give feel that it need special attention. whereas tatasky remote is like stone.

3. location of key is not properly allocated whereas in tatasky one small space is dedicated for DVR due to this its easy to understand and use.

4. Two dedicated key to skip certain predefined time of recorded program guy kindly tell me how often you use it. b'coz no body can guess duration of adbreak. may be i am wrong kindly comment
5. some time you change one channel it continuously changing channel.

6. EPG downloading is very slow in tatasky i never experience any delay its irritating.

7. SD picture quality is below as compared to Tatasky i am using 40" sone led tv. It's my totally personal opinion.

8. i am having solid stb + 6ft dish aiming at 68.5 what i noticed mtune hd picture quality in d2h is not at par as fta transmission. May be its due to compression same i noticed in Astha ch.

9. one thing i want ask whether recording deleted by d2h stb after 7 days in option i am not able to modify 7 day.

10. stb build quality also like cheap. tatasky stb gives premium feel.

11. when you press any key in remote it will generate sound like kat-kat

12. In many area its edge over tatasky due to no. of keys are more than tatasky

i will made detail review with youtube video after some experience

IN the mean time If anyone want to ask any specific question pls ask i will try to reply it

I think after spending 8000rs nobody go back to TS are any dth in one day.
