then please let me answer, I activated that top-up absolutely for o reason.
at that time I was using 199 plan but from last 4-5 month I'm using value prime kids pack, so by default I am getting 2 language topup.

Today My two regional packs automatically removed ,But in selfcare unable to add again, says try again later. My pack my plan 99. Anyone faces this.
