why does all sports channels telecast their stuff in 25 fps....
it should be telecasted in 50fps....
50fps looks much more smoother and better.......
also various sports channels from abroad telecast soccer in 50fps....
it really looks stunning in 50fps......

Yes you are right they must adopted the latest FRAME-RATE/S as 50fps as 25fps is a old standered now,So Adopting new technologies is as compulsary as they are fast in increasing the prices. But no doubt thy are saving their band width (Space)

I think increasing fps will increase the bandwidth because of smoother picture
