Do u know about which channels r to be in the service? Any idea on these Pak channels to be added ..or not..

I could not check these channels still. But, they will add Pak channels also.

There is a technical issue for these delays. In Sri Lanka , we can't get the channels from all 3 satellite. We can get only from 2 satellite. For example, I am using dish HD and I can't get DD+ channels. So, they are trying and testing how to get the channels from all 3 satellite.

Sometime, it will take few more weeks...

When the distance go more from the satellite central point, signal get weak. So, our dish has to point more direct to the satellite. Sri Lanka is little far from TN or Kerala. So, we can't get signal from all 3 satellite with one dish.

Same issue for Sun Direct HD. Some time, HD signs will get weak in the night. Here also, we are getting channels from 2 satellite from 2 direction.

DD channels are allowed in Sri Lanka. But, no one watch it because no Tamil channels or English watchable channels.

Now Dish Tv Lanka is planning to give DD channels with Sri Lankan channels in the basic cheap pack.

Surprise to see DD is allowed in Sri Lanka. Relationship between Sri Lankan Govt. and Indian Govt. is not that healthy.

But, I have a doubt, regarding the distance from sat. thing u said at ur place..... as in my opinion, satellites are geostationary objects, which means, at any point on d earth, a satellite will always appear to be stationary... bcoz both earth and satellite will rotate with same uniform speed.

Signals can get weak, due to other reasons:

Changing weather conditions, sometimes nights wud be more misty etc.
Obstructions
Improper alignments.
Fluctuations in transmitter power etc...
