Tata Sky to discontinue service of 3 channels

MUMBAI: Direct-to-home (DTH) operator Tata Sky has said that it will stop carrying Focus News, Focus Haryana and Puthuyugam due to outstanding dues.

The DTH operator issued a public notice on 28 April informing its subscribers that the three channels will cease to be on its platform three weeks from the date of issue of the notice.

Focus News and Focus Haryana are Hindi news channels while Puthuyugam is a Tamil general entertainment channel.

Tata Sky has a subscriber base of over 10 million.
