Why? Are you considering Miniplex a service? Since it's also on Airtel and not unique to TS, I think we should consider it a channel.

Which would make TS and DishTV currently level at 48 :HD.

We should not consider Miniplex HD channel as any exclusive channel of Tata Sky. Its a general channel similar HBO premium channels. Its available on ADTV and Tata Sky ad very soon will be available on other DTH. So definitely its addition makes Tata Sky equal to Dish TV in HD channels count.

And what should bE the Genre of "TLC HD" ? infotainment or English Entertainment?

Rushil bro has put Miniplex in HD Channel Comparison thread as a service. TLC is supposed to be English Entertainment. If it was infotainment then it should have been available from lowest base pack itself. As in dhamaal mix all infotainment channels are there. :luv :tup Also wait for others suggestions.
