Vendhar TV, a new Tamil Satellite TV Channel, to be commercially launched on 24th August 2014 for entertaining Tamil viewers of all age-groups and gender to the fullest. The 24 x7 free General Entertainment Channel can be viewed all over India and in countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi, Kuwait, and Dubai. The relay is to reach every home through Arasu Cable, SCV Cable TV, Airtel DTH & Videocon D2H Platforms.

With an array of programs ranging from daily soaps, reality game shows, talk shows, innovative game shows exclusively for children, cookery, medicine & healthcare, devotional, adventure, and many more innovative shows are all set to enthral viewers like never before.
Starting from breakfast shows like `Putham Puthu Kaalai' that is packed with an array of informative segments, the channel is to offer a bouquet of programs in the likes of `Bharathi Kannama', a family entertainer serial set in Coimbatore locale bringing the flavour of the region; an innovative theme in the form of `Mudivalla Aarambam' which will kick off with stories beginning from the climax of a popular movie; `Saa Boo Three' - a kids game show on par with international standards; `Iruvar' bringing on the stage identical twins showcasing their impossible-to-tell-apart features and talents; `Vendhar Veetu Kalyanam' solemnizing the marriage of the winning couples of the contest with Rs. 10 lakh financial back up; `Ninaithaalae Inikkum', a talk show hosted by actress Kushbhoo to `Dhik Dhik Dhik', a thriller throwing light on the haunted corners of our surroundings and neighbourhood, among others to keep the viewers completely excited.
Not just entertainment alone, the channel is to keep the viewers well informed with half-an-hour news telecasts three times a day.
