I noticed it today only and nobody seems posted the news earlier since they are running with names as TEST.

In past, the channels running on 11630 MPEG 4 TP were already running in other MPEG 2 TPs. But now these 4 are new on this TP. I guess, it will be permanent in MPEG 4 format itself.
