I am getting dolby digital sound on mtunes hd and star movies hd. mtunes sound not so good. lt shows 5.0dolby digital. But star movies hd is very good. u wont get dolby thr hdmi. u hav to connect thr spdif port with coaxial cable to coaxial input of home theatr.

Coaxial cable. ur home theatre should hav a coaxial input .

For dish tv hd dolby digital sound is there only for movies now. thats avialable only through hdmi.
