It's nothing like that, he has also activated it in his ARP. I am also able to see all the topups in app/ Self care.

bro but i have two account one VC with superstar pck and another one VC with monthly package but this offer addon showing for monthly package VC only
 
I can see bengali, marathi, kannada, malayalam, telugu 5M packs but no tamil 5M pack.
 
I can't understand why they not added zee telugu HD channels in telugu topup.

1. For anyone of the above Toupup 1st 5M period Rs.50 will be deducted from your account and after 5M period DBR is Rs.1
2. As these are Toupups no lock in period
3. You can activate the Topup by selfcare/Sms code as mentioned in 1st post.
