BTW there is a possibility that Rs.30 is for 90 day validity. If true then each topup cost is only 10/month???

If 90days validity it has that doesn't mean that 10/- month.
It mustbe 90day locking period, user have to kept this 4 three month, like starsports 2/4 saver topup @ 45/- with 90days lockin.

Your list above is accurate. Channels are same as the A-offer packs in English category.
