I don't think it's same channel with Replace/Rebrand of different company channels, probably most of channels won't available from launch day itself like Star Sports 1 Marathi/Bangla.

Baby Tv HD not replace Disney Channel HD, as both channels from different company

Vijay Super HD and Asianet Movies HD Both New channels not going to Replace/Rebrand any existing channel.

I was expected this, most of Broadcasters executives have no idea which channel going launching and Rebranding or shutting down. As these Broadcaster companies appointed some other companies for everything social media and websites, production, transmission.

UTV Action will air its own promos until last breath. When Star Gold Thrills will be launched, they can start airing Star Gold Thrills Par Pehli Baar promos.

I remember Movies Ok also airing its own promos until when Star Gold 2 was launched.

Movies ok under Star India company, any time possible Replace/Rebrand As Star Gold 2 or Star Sports highlights Channel.

I think Both Disney/Star confused everyone, even for MIB and DPOs. If Disney, Star, Asianet, NGC under Star India only company doesn't take much time for Replacing and Rebranding any their own channels. But still they are mad MIB approval for uplinking and downlinking transmission getting under different companies.
