Good News 9XM Channel added in Free VAS Bundles ROI and South

From today morning I am getting 9XM without subscribing. I have both ROI and South Free Bundles (VAS00002 and VAS00003) activated.

So now all major channels except MTV Beats and Sony Mix available not only for Free but without them getting counted under NCF Slab. Not including Zoom as it is such a good or important channel, more like in line with current state of Bindass.

Checked just now, 9XM is not available for me despite ROI Free Bundle being active on my connection

But TRAI has recently written to all these guys not to provide some channels without NCF and some channels with NCF.

TRAI has only disallowed auto activation of these Free Bundle packs from operator side , there is no restriction put on voluntary subscription.

I don't think there's any provision for charging different rates of NCF for different channels under the NTO. It's clearly illegal to charge more NCF for one channel and less for another.
