about new box and connection

Hello friends now days I m using d2h with dishtv. I read in this forum that now Tata Sky is going to introduce recording feature to HD box. I can spend only on HD box as with low budget. so there r some doubts in my mind.
1. what is HD zapper box?
2. is Tata Sky providing pen drive recording on HD BOX now?
3. if yes then is it free recording ?

as dish TV is giving free recording.

Samsung box is not available now it's old model, now Tata Sky giving Technicolor/Huawei :hd boxes...:k both are good quality...:tup
