Nasa doesn't launch sat for commercial perpose there are many private space company in US which build and launch satellite, rocket etc for commercial purpose like Boeing, Lockheed Martin, United StatesOrbital Sciences Corp, spaceX and many more where as ISRO is the sole company which handle all space activity in INDIA. That's why it's not possible in INDIA
