I think they are simply trying to compete zee as zee also has many movie channels- Zee cinema, zee bollywood, zee action , zee classic, zee anmol cinema and &xplore HD

They r rivals so obviously competing is essential but what works is creative approach to things and star/disney is better positioned here

Let's see...but I must say zee hindi movie library is huge...star only has dubbed movies, 2000+ era movies more and before that period only zee has more collections

Currently star/disney has bigger bollywood library than zee and it is bettwe managed too. Star/disney chs offer wide range of bollywood films with less repetition, zee has sizeable bollywood library but not using it properly with so much repetition of some films on 4 chs while others getting sidelined
