My STB (True HD) account information on 'next recharge' and 'switch off date' is showing blank, my actual recharge is upto 24/01/2015. sometime SMS to STB is receiving but information remains same. Details in the website and mobile app showing correct.
All my channels in the package is running ok, will there be any problem if the account details are not updated in the STB.
