Activate & Deactivate packs

Dear Frnds,

I need to downgrade my pack form southsilver sports pack to southsiver pack

hw can i change my packs without customer care??
because for past 3 days i am trying to customer care.. not able to reach them..

is there anyother way to change pack or activate or deactivate addons
without calling to customer care??
please suggest and help me

sss boss... i called to customer care.. IVR says all customer care are busyy...

even i waited for more than 10 mints.. i did not get connected to customer care

First thing - Don't call me Boss if you have any friendly name then call with that

Second thing - Thread will close by MODs

Third thing - Without CC downgrading is a very hard task.
