i tried the same steps

last step.. which u said
username:< given my mail id>
password:<given as per rules they said>
but this point only ,,i am getting the same error for a year when i create account

Email to [email protected] with required email id ,password,a/c details.....

They will create it & reply to you.....

I have tried this and succeeded when I faced a similar situation as yours......for one of my relatives.......

We needs to provide even password to customer care.

I don't know about this rule this is not a save way to create your account then.
Its better if they use 1 time temporary password.
Using this method is very risky one.

No risk..... you can change pw immediately upon receipt of reply email.....

If you send mail without required pw they will set it to password or something simple and email to u and u can change it immediately.....
