i tried the same steps

last step.. which u said
username:< given my mail id>
password:<given as per rules they said>
but this point only ,,i am getting the same error for a year when i create account

Password some examples:
abcde.12345
abcd.ghjklm
12345@ABcde

BTW the problem solved.

&one more thing is that this error problem during a/c registration is a problem from d2h side.

In this case registration can only be done by cc.Preferred contact method is email.
