I am using a videocon sd connection, but it is not in my name therefore RTN is also not in my name. Now I want to add an addon ("Discovery Turbo") to my package. How can I do that? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your suggestion, but when I call customer care, they ask the details about who this connection is registered to and since it is not under my name, they do not entertain any requests from me.
