One thing is for sure . No one can match the depiction of God in South Cinema ( especially Telugu Cinema). Let it be the scene of Ganesh Ji in Bahubali 2 , Lord Shiva in Baahubali, Shri Ram in RRR . They make it with purity keeping in mind the belief of people . Apart from Deva Shri Ganesha song in Agneepath, I don't remember any such depiction from a recent movie in Bollywood. Though 50 years ago , Jai Santoshi Maa released which was a blockbuster but after that , everything was pathetic.

The Japanese version Ramayan (1992) was one of the best adaptation after Ramanand Sagar 's Ramayan . Even if Adipurursh makers strictly copied scene to scene from it, they would have made a blockbuster instead of a chokebuster
