True, these movies showed us nice things. I have never seen Mahabharat yet. I hope someone makes a movie like this on Mahabharata. Maybe another India and Japan collaboration project.

Doordarshan's Mahabharatha is actually as great as their Ramayana.

It's too dated for 21st century standards. Those with nostalgia tied to it might enjoy it. But it is not for gen z and milienials.

My Gen Z and millenial cousins and friends enjoyed it quite a lot during corona. Can't help people who don't want actual standards in the stuff they consume.

You're obviously heavily compromising if you call the Doordarshan versions of Ramayana and Mahabharata as anything other than great.

I am not a sheep that would agree to dated content being considered good just because ten other people are saying so What's mediocre in today's standards is mediocre, period.
