ADTV HD cost?

The ADTV website is very confusing.

Can someone tell me how much it will cost me per month if I want all the HD channels, and all the SD channels except the HBO premium channels?

Bro the Magnum HD pack on their website costs Rs.615 and only has 13 HD channels (No Sony Six HD, Star Plus HD, Zee Studio HD and Star Gold HD), and is missing many SD channels like Star Sports 2, Nat Geo Adventure, etc. How is that possible for such an expensive pack? Maybe im looking in the wrong place. Please guide me a bit.
