Yes these are unique price points and should be activated unless there is some technical issue. NCF for pack channels are included. Any extra topup NCF will be extra when added. I have not tested UPP activation so wait for @Gobinaath bro to confirm. or call cc and confirm all details before activating.
nah it's not a Fixed one for all arp or reduced NCF packages it's purely depends upon the channel count of the package .. Ex) package total channel count is 99 means if u add 1 SD channel means no ncf change whereas 1 HD channel means NCF will change but how much is a million $ question .. till now I saw in TN SSP no issues same on reduced NCF packages too
If they'll charge any NCF then it'll be IDV of 23 but they'll not charge it as they provide additional slots in the same NCF slab for their packs & add-ons.

Maybe not applicable on offer packs like superstar or UDP but it's applicable on the regular packs. We can take additional 7 channels without paying extra NCF.
Yes if channel count crosses 100 then they charge NCF but with their packs & add-ons they reduces channel count by 7 i.e if pack contains 100/125 channels then it'll show 93/118 & you can take additional channels without paying extra NCF.
You can check this yourself. Just select any pack/add-ons in self-care.
