Yeah. Now I have have both paid and free tamil regional pack. So can I go ahead and get paid one removed?

Edit: called cc regarding getting the rs.61 regional tamil top up removed. They said one regional top up is mandatory. I offered to take a hd pack+99 my plan. They still said I have to have mandatory 1 regional paid top up with my plan 99. Any pointers here? Will I be able to remove it via self care?

Great, thanks. I couldn't remove it via online SS. It just gave me options to remove the free top ups that I had opted for. I will give this a try by end of month after I update the HD top ups.

This method didnt work. The update option only allowed me to remove the free SD regional top ups that I had opted for. No option to remove the paid ones. Also the other option that says SD top ups didnt show up any regional or big tamil packs.
I will try the method youkarthik has mentioned and report back by end of the month.

Plan at my parents place is going to expire early next month and want to shift them to tamil super star. Their are pincode is in rest of TN. So they should be eligible. If I have > Rs.899 in the airtel dth account balance then can I just call CC to just activate the offer? There are so many cashback offers going on and I want to take advantage of this.

After shifting to this pack, then will I be able to order a HD upgrade? There was a plan from airtel where they are providing HD box + 1 year Royal HD TN for Rs.1,950 including installation. Has the new HEVC box become a standard for new HD upgrades? Would love to get that.
