I think its applicable to all, but since new airtel users need to get the STB they seem to add Rs 1,300 for STB and make the price as Rs 2,299. Yet for such a low cost we can get all Tamil Channels (hope they dont remove channels later, though they dont channels which is a huge benefit so no competitor channel clash) for the entire year at just Rs 999.
