Airtel DTH Freedom Packs [No service visits charges in select cities]

I did recharge of RS 198 but plan didn't activated got sms "Request for activating airtel digitalTV long duration pack could not be processed due to technical reasons. Pls call 4448080".
Then 198 rs added to my main account and validity increased.

If your registered address is in mentioned city then send an email to airtel. They will surely activate it as this plan is mentioned in ADTV website homepage (desktop version).

It's clearly specified the pack is only available in cities. Maybe because of free service visit offer. Anyway you can send an email to airtel to check if you are eligible for it.

Just now i recharge Rs. 299/-. pack not activate but balance add in my main balance.
before activate this pack i confirm with CC. they told me that you can activate this pack by recharging pack amount.
but after recharge Rs. 299/. msg arrived that "Request for activating airtel digitalTV long duration pack could not be processed due to technical reasons. Pls call 4448080".

Yeah.. Same error many are getting. If anyone can get this pack working post the method to let others know how to activate. Maybe a bug in Airtel system or maybe this pack can be activated by dealers only? Contact cc and see if it's possible for it to be activated by them.

Yeah one guy in this forum activated Freedom Entertainment 198 Pack after emailing cc.

I have also activated by calling cc. Now my 100rs will be saved just at the expense of kids channels.
