I Booked my Airtel DTH connection this Gudipadwa-11/Apr/2013 at Chroma Store(Aundh Pune)-A Tata Enterprise.
I was assurered Airtel DTH having MTunes HD in their HD channel List.
The same was confirmed from Airtel DTH call center 18605006500.
Later on installation on 13/Apr/2013 I was surprised to find that MTunes HD is not in the HD cahnnel list nor in the SD channel list as well.
On raising complaints on their call center no. 020-44448080, the executives behaved as if they dont know anything about this channel but last of all it was confirmed that this channel is absent on Airtel DTH.
But how careless, miss-guiding & ir-responsible Airtel DTH call center 18605006500 and their sales executives working at Chroma store Aundh Pune.
It was a lesson for me, not to trust even the offcial call center.:angry
Later I came to know Airtel DTH is lacking other DTH channels as well like ESPN HD [/b]& Star Cricket HD
