Airtel HD Channel Question - Need Base PAck + HD channel both?

I have question on Airtel HD Channel/

I understand that atleast one pack need to be activated which might have many of the channels, say sony, zee ........
now i subscribe to hd, i will pay extra, so why Airtel is not giving option for HD customer with different pack, with HD channel in base pack option?

Select your channels & take a-la-carte pack.Then add hd topup.

Select your channels individually and make a pack of 150.
