Airtel - how to upgrade the subscription without the RTN ?

Hi There,

I'm using Airtel form outside India and the Mobile number used for this connection is not mine( I also don't know the number). Now I want to change the subscription package. All I have is the customer ID & VC number. How can I upgrade the pack without the RTN ?
