Changing the RTN to another number

Hi,

I am a user from Sri Lanka. Bought from a dealer here. Now I would like to customize on my own. The issue is since the connection registered under someone from India I wouldn't be able to log in to the site without knowing the RTN (or if I used the connection ID then the password to the account). Is there any way I could change RTN to a Sri Lankan number so that I could do recharge and top up my account on my own?

@thr0wawayDTHaccount You cannot change the RTN number to Sri Lankan number. If they found the connection is using outside India, they may deactivate your connection.

RTN is mandatory to register an account in d2h web portal. So there is no other options. Only the RTN user can help you in this matter.

You need to contact d2h CC with Customer ID to make any changes in account .

I also from sri lanka.
I'm using dishtv but I registered my Indian friend's mobile number
So I customize on my own
