I have a doubt I have two Samsung Led tv with in built stb. If I purchase one cam card. Can use it in both tv when needed. Does one tv cam card match with other tv in normal stb view card doesn't support

You can buy IDtv connection? I thought that comes with TV only. That's how i got it.

Is it possible to use the CAM with a third party set top box?

This looks like simple CARD rather a proper CAM. This is what a proper CAM looks like as provided by DishTV

Samsung IDTV with airtel, 'Most watched channels' List always shows some junk airtel advertisement channels. If it show most watched channels, then it'd have been a great feature.
