First I activated my plan HD 340 rs than I call cc for change my pack to freedom entertainment HD for 291 RS. They changed it but I am receiving all sports HD also...

I have infinity pack (all HD) which is expiring this month (last year I paid Rs. 5600 to get one year pack).
My agent says Infinity Yearly pack is no more available, Airtel has changed the Infinity pack to monthly basis.

Is it true?

Hi,

I have infinity pack (all HD) which is expiring this month (last year I paid Rs. 5600 to get one year pack).
My agent says Infinity Yearly pack is no more available, Airtel has changed the Infinity pack to monthly basis.

Right now only monthly packs available. Just recharge the amount as per your need. Infinity pack will be continued on DBR otherwise you can downgrade your pack also.

"Hi! As per the TRAI framework, all existing packs on Airtel DigitalTV will be applicable till 28-Dec-2018. We are in process of revising our current packs with your favorite channels at the exciting prices. We will keep you informed on this. Thank you, Gopi"
