Airtel Xstream hybrid Box 4 needed

I am using airtel xstream settop box previously used HY0001 model box for almost 3 years later it caused problems so opt for replacement but new box will be given to new connection only so i cancelled and took new connection but in new connection box provided is HSW model which is very lagging,not even authenticating airtel wifi properly so i complaint but local hub denying no stock for BOX 4 i struck with this obsolete settop box,i dont know where to buy separately because airtel denies specific model based on local stock availablity,if any dealer have Airtel Xstream hybrid box4 (USW or VIP) so that i buy from them with preactivated using my no and courier to me? @Vadirocks
