Aligning dish to get weak Tp channels

Do I have loose both screws on the bracket

These bolts that squeeze the pipe on the right are to keep it from rotating left-right. Not needed because you only need to fix elevation.

Also low signal quality could be due to excess wiring. In which case you will need additional connectors that ADTV technicians will do.

yup, both screws...

but only move it slightly, 1-2 mm....

dish movements are very small....when tracking any satellite.
