I am also facing the issue issue quite often when all HD channels stops working. Also, few other channels like 100 also does not work during that period but all resumes after few mins.

I too faced the same problem when I spoke with CC they informed me due to solar radiation and sun outing this problem arises. This will be there from 24 sep to oct 11 from 11.30 AM to 12.30 PM.

The same was observed by me on that time particularly with all HD channels and some sd channels.
