Any offer for deactive customers ?

What is deactive customers? If we dont recharge even 3 to 5 days after our recharge date we become deactive customers? Or this there is a specific time period(may be longer) after which the customer is deemed as deactive?

Post 60 days you become eligible for certain offers whereas for availing some offers you have to be inactive for more than 90 days.

How to confirm whether these offers are available on my STB or not ?
Can we verify by sending an SMS like we do in adtv. If yes, what is to be written and send to which number

Bro ask to cc or dealer they can tell u that u r eligible or not.

recharge 600/- u will get all fta channels including freedish channels on 3 years in dishtv stbs . and u can add any ala-carte pack . if malayalam wants 34/- per month .[ new ..may be 20/- for samporna malayalam]. if u recharge the basic pack . then ur 3 year validity expire. so only pick ala-carte
