Apstar one tp not getting

Anybody have Apstar c band channels at 76.5E please confirm whether you are getting the channel Lotus Macau and other channels from tp 3781 v 30000, as I am not getting for the last 3-4 days. It was a good channel showing good Hollywood movies.
